REPLACE RAM 4 WITH 8 GB - V3-112-C451

Hi there...

I bought exactly RAM module from recomendation list - SO-DIMM.8GB.DDR3L.1600.KINGSTON,

but the computer does not recognized it! Maybe my notebook does not support 1600 MHz?

I have the same model, V3-112p-C451 btwy...

    That is the correct memory. Are you sure you have it completely seated in the slot. The retainers should pop on easily without havibg to push hard. Take it out and reseat it a few times. You could also have received a bad dimm, it happens. Return it for a replacement.
