Aspire V15VN7-591G Black edition noisy fans ,can not hear tunes.

Hi All,

I purchased one of these last march it has had very little use and never sits on my lap always at the desk.When finished with always goes back to a peli case for secure storage,basically its well lokked after.

It runs windows 10 ,last week the fans have become so loud you can not hear the music playing and i have to have the telly so loud to hear the news.

I have altered the acitve cooling to passive and it makes no difference.They occasionaly drop for about 30 seconds then go flat out again.

Is this a windows issue or just poor manufacturing quality control.

It is now out of warranty and so PC world want to charge.

I must confess after spending £800 on a laptop i expected it to last.The battery life is now rubbish as well.

Any others experience this ? suggest a fix ?

When contacting acer they kindly gave me a 10% discount off another !!!!!!! actually said nothing about the poor components thrown into the laptop.Do they really think i would go and buy another !
