I attempted a factory restore on my Aspire E 13 running windows 10 but it failed and is now stuck in a boot loop. I have a tried the restore again with no success.

I've tried most suggestions I found online but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be great.

TIA

Since you were doing a factory reset, you don't have any important data on it. Here you can download Download Windows 10 and write it to a USB drive. After you have written to the USB, go into the BIOS of the broken computer and in the boot options, make sure USB is the first option (if you need help with this step, post a picture of the broken computer's BIOS) and then boot to the install flash. When given the option to manage partitions yourself, make sure to delete all partitions. Then click install windows to the free space. If this does not work, click create partition, and windows should configure the partitions for you. Then install windows. Hope this helps! -PMiner
