Problemas na tela do meu Acer Spin

Estou com um problema na tela do meu notebook, aparecem riscos verticais coloridos que ocupam 1/4 do canto esquerdo da tela. Como proceder para solucionar o problema?

    Primeiramente deve informar o modelo EXATO do seu notebook.
    Post uma foto por favor.
    Já realizou o reset da bateria?
    Atualizou os drivers?
    Testou em um monitor externo?
    Ocorre também na tela de Bios?

    O computador foi adquirido há 2 meses, novo,  ainda está ma garantia.

    Assim, que ligar o notebook, pressione f2 antes do logo da Acer, para verificar se o problema ocorre no bios. Seria interessante fazer um teste com um monitor externo também.

    Ok! Então há um problema no cabo edp ou no próprio display. O problema ocorre quando você conecta o notebook em um televisor ou em um monitor?

    Nesse caso,     eu recomendo que tente reinstalar o sistema OEM de fábrica pressionado ALT + F10 assim que ligar o aparelho.
    Caso não solucione, deve acionar sua garantia.
