What is TravelMate Sense?
TravelMate Sense is a software application designed to provide you with important system information, hardware diagnostic tools, software updates and much more in one dashboard – all at the push of a button.
This powerful application comes preinstalled on newer TravelMate notebooks. The TravelMate Sense experience can vary depending on the model of your computer. Some TravelMate Sense features are included or excluded based on the hardware capabilities of your computer.
Note: TravelMate Sense is not supported on all models. If the software is not listed for your model on the Acer Support site, it is not supported.
How do I use TravelMate Sense?
- Launch the TravelMate Sense software by clicking the "a" key on your keyboard. You can also launch the software by clicking on Start > All Apps > TravelMate Sense.
- View system information, perform hardware diagnostics, check for software updates or change any settings in the software as desired.
- Then close the software to save any changes you made.
How do I download and install TravelMate Sense?
Note: It is recommended to update to the latest BIOS and ensure all Windows updates are installed on your computer prior to installing TravelMate Sense.
- Visit the Acer Support website at https://support.acer.com.
- Choose your model by entering your Serial number, SNID or model number.
- Click on Application.
- Click on the download link for the TravelMateSense software.
- Extract the Zip file.
- Double-click on the Setup.exe file to install TravelMate Sense.
