problémes avec Cable LAN

Bonjour, j'ai un petit problème avec mon pc si qq peut m'aider svp , Lorsque je branche le câble Lan ethernet du powerline qui me procure mon internet mon pc ne le détecte pas, un signe s'affiche ( c'est un monde avec un cercle barré a coté).
