N17W7 Pb d'écran

Bonjour,
Le PC s'allume (petite diode bleue sur le côté) mais l'écran reste noir. Les enfants ont potentiellement appuyé sur des touches pendant qu'il était en fonctionnement, l'écran s'est éteint puis plus rien. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

    information supplémentaire, quand on branche le PC sur la télé, tout fonctionne correctement et on arrive à deviner la barre d'accueil sur l'écran du pc
