Acer TC-215 ne démarre pas le bouton power clignote

Mon Acer TC-215 ne démarre pas ,  pas d 'accès au bios, le bouton power clignote sans cesse et la souris et le clavier ne sont pas alimenté en électricité.
Le ventilateur du processeur tourne bien, le disque dur aussi.
Avec la mémoire enlever des slots il y a un long beep.

    Mettez l'ordinateur hors tension et débranchez le cordon d'alimentation. Ensuite, mettez l'interrupteur d'alimentation en position «off», s'il y a cet interrupteur, puis appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation pendant 60 secondes.

    Je l ai fait, ça clignote moins vite mais toujours pas de boot ni de beep.
    Sans la ram il y a le beep en continu et le bouton power allumé en continu, avec la ram le bouton power clignote

    Je vous suggère de déconnecter tout le matériel, puis de connecter le matériel individuellement.

    Avec l'ancienne RAM le bouton power clignote en continu, avec la nouvelle RAM il y a le bip long

    Essayez de déconnecter la batterie rtc pendant quelques secondes.
