Ecran noir au démarrage

Bonjour, J'ai un Aspire V15 Nitro Black EDition. L'écran de mon portable reste noir. Quand je branche un écran en HDMI, l'ecran branché fonctionne mais l'écarn de l'ordinateur reste toujour noir.J'ai essayé toutes les combinaisons de duplcage d'écran mais rien ne fonctionne.Que dois-je faire? Merci d'avance!

    Quel est le modèle exact de l'ordinateur portable? Exemple AN515-51-75KZ. Le même problème se produit-il lorsque vous appuyez sur fn + f6? Avez-vous essayé de réinitialiser la batterie?

    L'écran du bios apparaît-il dans le message ou n'affiche-t-il aucune image?
