Problème driver audio sur Predator Helios 300

Bonjour
Je voulais savoir quel driver audio Realtek est installé sur vos Predator Helios 300, car depuis le passage à Windows 10 2004, le son est très faible et n'est plus en 3D.
Et maintenant, j'ai un pilote Realtek (R) audio 10.0.19041.1 qui est installé...

    Pouvez-vous fournir le modèle exact? Exemple an515-51-75kz. En outre, le même problème se produit-il lors de la réinstallation de Windows?

    D'accord! Ce que je voudrais savoir, c'est si le problème persiste, lorsque vous réinstallez Windows, en appuyant sur alt + f10 avant le logo acer?

    Essayez de désinstaller et de supprimer le pilote audio realtek comme ceci:

    J'ai désinstallé le pilote Realtek (R) audio. C'est quoi ce pilote ?
    J'ai installé le dernier pilote HD de Realtek, mais au bout de quelques secondes le Realtek (R) audio reprend la place.
    Donc non résolu pour le moment

    Bonjour
    Merci de vous soucier de mon problème de pilote audio.
    J'avais déjà une version plus récente du Audio Console et du Audio Utility.
    qui est bien installé sur l'ordi, mais il n'a été pris en compte que quelques secondes... (voir visuels)
    Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Realtek (R) Audio prend la main sur Realtek High Definition Audio...
