    Ce que j'ai trouvé dans le manuel de service de votre modèle, c'est que cet ordinateur portable utilise un port HDMI 2.0.

    C'est bon (ou pas) j'ai eu la réponse d'Acer (fabricant de la GTX1060) et la carte n'est pas prévue pour produire du 120Hz en FHD déporté... :'( mais du 144Hz en interne! On marche sur la tête... bref! Merci à vous pour vos efforts mais c'est peine perdue. Je viens donc de me commander une nouvelle config.
