Problème de Microphone

Bonjour, je possède un PC Portable Predator Helios 500 PH517-51 et les micro-casques ne sont pas reconnus, pourtant je pense avoir installées tout les drivers, me manquent t-il quelque chose ?

    Quel est le modèle de votre casque? Avez-vous vérifié ici?

    Qu'est-ce qui apparaît lorsque vous cliquez sur l'icône noire sous analogique? existe-t-il une option pour sélectionner le casque?
