La restauration sur l'acer swift 1 ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour à toutes, à tous,
Je fais appel à vos connaissances afin de m'apporter une solution pour lancer la restauration sur mon pc swift 1. J'ai utilisé la manipulation alt+F10 et lancer la restauration. Elle se lance et arrivée à 5%, celle-ci est abandonnée. Idem quand je passe par Acer Care center.

Avez-vous déjà rencontré ce problème ? si oui pouvez-vous m'aider ?

    Quel est le modèle exact? Exemple SF315-51-58VH.

    Bonjour,
    De quelle option parlez-vous ?
    Lorsque j'essaye l'opération par l'intermédiaire du Acer Care Center je sélectionne Restaurer/Réinitialiser le pc/ cliquer sur "Pour commencer". Dans choisir une option je sélectionne "supprimer tout". La restauration se lance. A partir de 5%, elle s'arrête subitement. Le message "Annulation des modifications" s'affiche, et retour au point de départ.

    Que se passe-t-il lorsque vous sélectionnez l'option qui efface le disque dur?
     L'opération se lance et autour de 5% elle plante. "annulation des modifications" et redémarrage du PC sans aucunes modifications.

    Ce modèle a-t-il la fonction de mode sata dans le bios? Si c'est le cas, essayez de passer à ahci. Avez-vous également désactivé SECUREBOOT?

    de mode sata dans le bios? Si c'est le cas, essayez de passer à ahci. = Comment savoir si j'ai le mode sata dans le bios ? si oui, comment passer à Ahci.
    J'ai désactivé Secure Boot. Même résultat.

    Votre modèle n'a-t-il pas SATAMODE? Vous rencontrez toujours des problèmes? Vous devrez peut-être utiliser un ISO Microsoft.

    pouvez-vous appuyer sur f2 avant le logo acer pour accéder au bios et envoyer des photos des paramètres du bios?
