Ordinateur ne détecte pas mon casque.

Bonjour, 

J'ai acheté un casque predator galea 311, mais mon pc ne le détecte pas. La sortie audio fonctionne mais l'entrée audio ne fonctionne pas.
J'ai mis a jour les pilotes, vérifier les paramètres dans le gestionnaire de son et mis les maj windows update mais impossible de connecter le casque.

    activer toutes les applications dans les paramètres, la confidentialité, les applications d'arrière-plan et activer en cliquant sur "autoriser les applications à s'exécuter en arrière-plan"

    Que se passe-t-il lorsque vous désinstallez et supprimez le pilote audio dans le gestionnaire de périphériques?

    Si cela peut vous aider, j'ai ces informations:

    Lorsque je supprime les JBL Flip 4, ils reparaissent lorsque je rebranche mon casque.
    Lorsque j'ai désinstallé le pilote Realtek, les onglets ont disparus. Puis ils réapparaissent après réinstallation manuelle.
    Je n'ai pas touché au reste.

    Que se passe-t-il lorsque vous cliquez sur ecouteurs? De plus, je crois que votre modèle est livré avec le programme REALTEKÁUDIOCONSOLE installé.
