Acer care ne fonctionne plus

Bonjour
Lorsque je veux utiliser Acer care, j'ai le message suivant:
Acer care center est toujours en cours d'initialisation, réessayer plus tard!
J'ai essayé de réparer sans succès.
Peut-on m'aider a résoudre ce problème.

    Avez-vous désinstallé Acer Care Center, redémarré votre ordinateur et installé Acer Care Center à nouveau?
