Probleme de taille de slot pour ram

Bonjour,
j'ai acheté une barette ram 8gb corsair vengeance ddr4 pour mon Acer nitro5 AN515-52-51YZ
Lorsque j'essaye de l'installer dans le slot 2 elle ne rentre pas. Elle rentre dans le premier.
Meme la barette d'origine ne rentre pas dans le deuxième.
Je me demande alors si il faut une barette spéciale pour le slot 2 ou si c'est mon pc qui a un défaut.

    Bonsoir,

    oui j'ai bien suivi cette méthode mais la barette ne rentre toujours pas.

    dans le premier emplacement pas de problème 
    Alors que dans le deuxième même la barette d'origine ne rentre pas elle se bloque comme ça :

    Pourtant a première vue rien ne l'en empêche.

    Oui justement a la base j'ai acheté une ram supplémentaire et j'ai remarqué que ça ne rentrait pas.
    jai donc ensuite essayé avec celle d'origine pour voir mais ça n'est pas rentré non plus

    Avez-vous vérifié si la SLOT (je pense qu'elle s'appelle BARRETE en français), si elle n'est pas alignée ou quelque chose?

    Vous devriez peut-être demander à un technicien d'essayer d'installer cette RAM. Avez-vous essayé d'insérer la mémoire RAM et de la retirer plusieurs fois de la barrette, pour vérifier si elle s'adapte correctement?

    Bon finalement j'ai trouvé le moyen de la faire rentrer 
    il m'a fallu un peu forcer et petit a petit elle est rentrée sans l'endommager
    voila je ne sais pas a quoi c'est du mais jai finalement réussi
