Il y a peu j'ai cassé le chargeur original de mon pc et j'ai du acheté un chargeur universel mais depuis quand je branche le pc le bouton power clignote orange et bleu

    Le problème est précisément la tension trop élevée. L'idéal est de tester l'ordinateur portable avec un autre chargeur qui a la même tension 12v.

    quel est le modèle exact de votre ordinateur portable? Exemple AN515-51-58VH. Affichez les informations sur le chargeur universel.

    Pour l'ordinateur c'est le modèle SW5-012-1438 mais je ne suis pas sûr a 100 % car cela fait longtemps que je l'ai et le chargeur est de la marque i.t.works modèles lps45 45W

    Arrêtez immédiatement d'utiliser cet adaptateur, si cet adaptateur est de 24 V. Pouvez-vous envoyer une photo de ce chargeur?

    Le problème vient de la tension. Le modèle d'origine a la OUTPUT de 12v et 1,5A:

    Je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion de racheter le bon chargeur mais je n'ai pas rebranché mon ordinateur depuis et quand je l'allume j'ai un message qui apparaît
