Installation d'un clavier Logitech sur mon XC 885

Bonjour
Je n'arrive pas à installer mon clavier Logitech K310 sous Windows 10. Les caractères ne correspondent pas tous (par ex @).
Le langage installé est bien le Français.
Pouvez vous m'aider ?

    Lorsque vous n'appuyez pas sur la touche FN, les symboles @! $% * () Apparaissent?

    Je pense que la mise à jour du firmware est réservée aux appareils sans fil. Avez-vous vérifié si le problème persiste lorsque vous activez le démarrage sécurisé de Windows?

    Je ne sais pas comment l'activer. A noter que c'est un PC neuf et non pas une mise à jour de Windows.

    non il fonctionnait auparavant sous W7, je pense que c'est un pb de compatibilité.
    Je vais simplement le changer pour un clavier compatible W10.
    Et merci pour le temps que vous m'avez consacré.

    Êtes-vous sûr que la langue du clavier est correcte? Le même problème se produit lors de la connexion de l'appareil à d'autres ports UBS?
