Quand je sélectionne j'ai oublié mon code confidentiel, je n'arrive à nulle part, il ne me renvoie pas sur des possibilités

    Quel est le modèle exact ? Exemple AN515-55-58VH. Faites-vous référence au PIN ?

    L'ordinateur portable est-il à vous ? As-tu essayé de réinitialiser tpm dans le bios ?

    L'ordinateur portable n'est pas à moi, je le répare pour une connaissance. Oui j'ai réinitialisé tpm dans le bios sans succès.
