An517-52-comment installé l'option réglage clavier sur nitrosense sur acer nitro 5 ?

Bonjour à tous, je cherche en vain depuis 1 mois comment avoir l'option 'réglage luminosité clavier' sur l'application nitrosense. Il y a 4mois j'avais le même Pc, qui m'a lâché, et sur nitrosense j'avais cette option, que bizarrement je n'ai pas sur mon news. Du coup je viens vers vous pour, avec grand espoir, que vous puissiez m'éclairé s'il vous plait ???

    Quel est le modèle d'ordinateur portable ? Exemple AN515-55-58VH. Allez à cette clé et changez-la en 2

    Tapez REGEDIT dans Cortana et ouvrez en tant qu'administrateur. Allez ensuite sur cette clé: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\NitroSense\LightSetting

    alors je viens d'essayé de changé les couleurs ou autre et ca ne s'enregistre pas donc ca ne change rien à mon clavier.. --'

    Votre ordinateur portable précédent était-il RVB ? Êtes-vous sûr que l'ordinateur portable actuel est également RVB ?

    RVB ? sur mon pc il y a le nvidia geforce rtx mais ça n'a peut-être aucun rapport..

    Je veux dire le clavier. Votre clavier est RGB ou juste rouge ?

    il est juste rouge mais ce que je ne comprend pas c'est que c'est le même que j'avais il y a 4 mois et l'ancien je pouvais changer les couleurs luminosité etc...

    Certaines versions sont livrées avec un clavier RVB et d'autres versions sont livrées avec un clavier rouge. Avez-vous déjà changé l'ordinateur portable ou l'avez-vous envoyé au centre de réparation ?

    Je pense que le modèle An517-52-54AU est livré avec un clavier uniquement de couleur rouge. Pouvez-vous entrer les dix premiers chiffres du numéro de pièce ? Exemple : NX.GP4AA.002
