Comment débloquer le Clavier du Aspire Vero AV15-51?

Au démarrage après configuration de l’ordi (donc en voulant l’utiliser pour la première fois) je n’arrive pas a rentrer mon code confidentiel - le clavier ne réagit pas. J’ai déjà essayé les astuces différents trouvés sur le net: réinitialisation de la batterie (simulation du retrait), désactivation des touches filtres, appuyer sur shift jusqu’au bip (qui ne vient pas sur ce modèle)… Au secours, besoin de vite travailler! Merci!

    Le code est-il uniquement composé de chiffres ? Avez-vous déjà appuyé sur la touche NUMLOCK ?

    Il y aussi les lettres dans le code et oui, j’ai essayé aussi la touche numlock mais rien n’y fait.
