Clavier bloqué sur ACER ASPIRE 3 A315-21

dans Ordinateurs portables
Bonjour 
Mon clavier de portable ACER ASPIRE 3 A315-21 est bloqué sauf le bouton Marche/Arrêt et pavé tactile de la souris
J'ai branché un clavier extérieur et il fonctionne
Est ce qu'il existe une combinaison de touche pour le déverrouiller ?

    Essayez de réinitialiser la batterie :
    Appuyez ensuite sur f2 avant le logo acer.

    Votre ordinateur portable est-il sous garantie ? Pouvez-vous démonter l'ordinateur portable, déconnecter le clavier sans perdre la garantie ?
