Bonsoir,
Mon acer nitro 5 (AN517-51-520C) qui n'est malheureusement plus sous garanti ne démarre plus depuis 2 semaines, j'ai essayé de démonter l'ordinateur : la batterie, pile du CMOS, ram etc.. mais rien ne change que ce soit sur secteur où batterie. Il n'y a aucun voyant ni bruits pparticuliers, cela c'est passé du jour au lendemain sans raison particulière.

Les voyants de la batterie et de l'alimentation s'allument-ils ou clignotent-ils? Essayez de réinitialiser la batterie: éteignez l'ordinateur portable, déconnectez l'adaptateur secteur, appuyez sur l'alimentation pendant 12 secondes et laissez l'ordinateur portable éteint pendant 12 minutes. Il peut être nécessaire de mettre à jour le bios, avec un enregistreur eprom:

Après plusieurs tentative l'ordinateur ne s'allume toujours pas. N'y aurait t'il pas un système de sécurité ou quoi que ce soit pour que l'ordinateur ne s'allume pas ?
