Impossible de réinitialiser mon Acer Swfit 3

Bonjour,
Je possède actuellement un Acer Swift 3 depuis 3/4 ans mais je souhaite à présent changer d'ordinateur portable. Je cherche donc à réinitialiser mon PC pour pouvoir le vendre, sauf que je rencontre un gros problème que je n'arrive pas à résoudre : il m'est impossible de le réinitialiser !
En effet, je ne comprends pas pourquoi mais quand je lance la réinitialisation du PC en choisissant de tout supprimer, voici ce qu'il se passe :
Savez-vous comment dois-je procéder s'il vous plait ?

- La réinitialisation du PC se prépare avec un pourcentage qui augmente -> jusqu'ici tout est OK
- Arrivé à 100%, le PC redémarre mais quand il se rallume, j'ai un message d'erreur qui m'affiche comme quoi la réinitialisation n'a pas pu s'effectuer ...
Savez-vous comment dois-je procéder s'il vous plait ?

Merci beaucoup pour ta réponse @egydiocoelho malheureusement je n'y arrive pas, mon PC démarre assez rapidement donc rien ne se passe quand j'appuie sur ALT F10 au démarrage Je n'ai pas de "Please wait" qui s'affiche à l'écran

D'ACCORD! Désactivez le démarrage rapide dans les options d'alimentation et FASTBOOT dans le bios. Puis appuyez à nouveau sur alt+f10.Oi! Eu não sou sou a cortana! Mas estou aqui para ajudar! Hi! I'm not the cortana! But I'm here to help!
