Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec mon ordinateur. Je n'ai pas predator sense sur mon ordinateur du à cela j'ai état sur le site acer et j'ai téléchargé l'application acer predator sense mais il me dit que mon ordinateur n'est pas pris en charge. Mon Modèle: NG-PH315-52-754M, composant i7 9750H, gtx1660 ti, 16go de ram. Si vous pouvez m'aider je vous serez reconnaissant.

    Avez-vous envoyé l'ordinateur portable pour réparation? Le nom du modèle est mal orthographié. Téléchargez la dernière version de PREDATOR SENSE ici : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1L3Ln-WkCvogX1OUmr74i3h8jk4ICVF94
    Ensuite, allez dans le dossier PLUGS et changez le nom Predator PH315-52 en NG-PH315-52-754M.
