Aspire A317-52 ACER QUICQ ACCES sur mon pc

sur mon pc il manque les articles de ACER
je n'ai pas ACER QUICQ ACCES sur mon pc
et impossible de le télécharger,
une fenetre bleue s'ouvre SmartScreen est inaccessible pour le moment, 
je vous remercie de me dire ce que je peux faire pour avoir tous sur ACER, je ne comprends pas la date d'achat mentionnée est 15 février 2021 lorsque j'ai acheté mon pc chez CONFORAMA le 2 avril 2021 pourquoi ces logiciels manquent sur mon ordinateur

    Quel est le modèle exact ? Exemple SF315-52-58VH.
