Mon micro-casque Predator ne fonctionne pas sur mon ordinateur ? (le son marche mais pas le micro)

Bonjour, 

j'ai acheté le micro-casque Predator Galea 311 (https://store.acer.com/fr-fr/predator-galea-311-micro-casque-gamer-noir). Mais quand je le branche sur mon ordinateur portable, le son fonctionne mais pas le micro, c'est le micro de mon ordi qui est pris (https://store.acer.com/fr-fr/acer-nitro-5-ordinateur-portable-gamer-an515-55-noir).
Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider svp ?

    lorsque vous branchez le casque, des notifications apparaissent-elles à côté de l'horloge?

    Lorsque je choisi micro casque, le son fonctionne mais pas le micro. Il prend celui de mon ordi

    Pouvez-vous fournir le modèle exact de l'ordinateur portable? Exemple AN515-51-75KZ. Avez-vous vérifié les paramètres du programme REALTEK AUDIO CONSOLE?

    Voici le modèle exact de mon ordinateur portable. Je ne vois pas où je peux accéder aux paramètres du programme REALTEK AUDIO CONSOLE ?
