Bonjour, je veux mettre en service mon ordinateur (neuf) mais il n'y a rien à l'écran. Je l'entend tourner mais rien ne s'affiche.
j'ai essayé plusieurs écrans sur des ports différents mais ça ne marche pas.
Si quelqu'un peut m'aider, merci d'avance.

Bonjour, j'ai fini par trouver la solution ce matin :-) un problème de port sur la carte vidéo. Maintenant ça fonctionne.

Essayez de faire une réinitialisation : éteignez l'ordinateur, débranchez l'ordinateur de la prise électrique, appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation pendant soixante secondes. non je me branche sur une prise standard européenne sans stabilisateur ou onduleur. Je viens de me brancher sur une autre prise mais le résultat est toujours le même, écran noir alors que j'entend l'ordinateur démarrer (petit bip et ventilateur qui tourne). Ce qui est étonnant pour moi, c'est qu'il se met en marche dès que je le branche sur le secteur.0
