SWIFT 3 SF 314-42-R60R Problème de touchpad

Sur un swift 3 acheté il y a quelques jours le pavé tactile est insupportable, à peine effleuré il envoie des retours charriot intempestifs, ce qui est très génant. Le réglage de la sensibilité n'apporte rien. Y a-t-il une solution?
Entre ce pavé et une autonomie ridicule je regrette mon achat et ne conseille pas ce portable.

    Le même problème se produit-il lors de la mise à jour du BIOS vers la version 1.09?

    Pourquoi choisir 1.7 et pas le dernier 1.9?
    Je cherche le mode d'emploi pour MAJ du bios. Simple clic sur "FH4FR107.exe" ?

    La dernière version contient déjà tous les correctifs des versions précédentes.
    Je vous conseille de déconnecter tous les périphériques des ports USB, de désactiver l'hibernation et la mise en veille, de charger la batterie à 100%, de connecter l'adaptateur secteur et de désinstaller l'antivirus.
