Acer Aspire VN7-571G-742P perte de la webcam et du bluetooth

Modifié (février 2021) dans Predator et Nitro
Bonjour
De façon inexplicable je perds régulièrement sous Windows 10 l'accès à la webcam et au bluetooth sans possibilité de simplement les relancer. Je suis donc obligé de réinstaller Win 10 ou bien utiliser un point de restauration. Suite à cette opération je retrouve mes accès et de nouveau je les reperds quelques jours après.
Quelqu'un à une idée du pb ??*

    il existe une version du bios qui corrige quelque chose lié à Bluetooth.

    Ha merci ... ceci dit je vais vérifier le BIOS mais ça n explique pas pkoi je perds aussi la webcam .... en fait certains éléments internes au portable semblent se déconnecter

    Oui ... j ai pensé a cela ou a l antivirus Microsoft ... je vais dans un premier temps suspendre les mises à jour de Windows 10 et selon ce qui se passera j envisagerai la suite... je donnerai la suite du feuilleton ici ....

    Et oui le problème persiste à m'en arracher les cheveux .... j'ai suspendu les mises à jour de Windows 10 et malgré cela je continue à perdre ma webcam et le bluetooth. Incompréhensible ....

    En aucun cas le pb peut etre hard ... il est uniquement soft dans la mesure ou chaque réinstallation de Windows 10 ou du point de restauration règle systématiquement le pb

    Non ... je n'ai pas ouvert la machine pour vérifier les connexions car cette manip n'a pas de raison d'être selon moi au constat du problème.
