Mon pc s’allume mais affiche un écran noir

Bonjour depuis une bonne heure j’essaie d’allumer mon pc mais il affiche écran noir à chaque fois. Je m’y connais pas trop en informatique alors si vous avez des petits conseils à me donner pour éviter de le ramener chez l’SAV car j’utilise beaucoup mon pc pour le travail alors j’aimerais éviter d’attendre 1 mois de réparation merci d’avance!

    Essayez de désactiver le démarrage rapide dans les options d'alimentation et FASTBOOT dans le bios:
    Windows 10 - Activer le dmarrage rapide - Mdiaforma
    Aspire 5 A514-52 - BIOS SATA Optane mode missing- ONLY have AHCI
    Essayez de redémarrer la batterie:

    Je ne peux pas accéder aux options d’alimentations car mon écran affiche noir il n’y a rien qui apparaît par contre j’ai essayé l’astuce de la batterie et ça ne marche toujours pas mon écran affiche toujours noir est-ce peut être un court circuit? Ou une panne de l’ordinateur? Suis je peut être obligé d’amener chez l'sav?

    Votre ordinateur portable est-il toujours sous garantie légale? Le même problème se produit-il lors du changement de mémoire RAM?

    Oui il est toujours sous garantie légale je n’ai jamais encore ouvert mon ordinateur que ce soit le disque dur ou même les go ram, si j’ouvre les go ram comme sur les photos cela n’annulera pas ma garantie ?
