MON PC PORTABLE ACER NE DEMARRE PLUS

bonjour, je n'arrive plus a demarrer mon pc ACER ASPIRE E15. Meme en faisant F10 ALT rien . Le logo acer apparait mais plus rien apres ou quelques fois il y a marque preparation de la reparation mais rien ne se passe. L'écran reste figé et je ne peux accéder à rien.  Merci d'avance pour votre aide Cordialement

    Quel est le modèle exact de l'ordinateur portable? Exemple an515-51-75kz. Windowsbootmanager apparaît-il dans le bios?

    Le même problème se produit-il lors de la réinitialisation de la batterie?

    oui pareil ça ne change rien j'ai fait aussi avec les manipulations f10 alt et d'autres que j'ai vu sur le net mais rien n'y fait

    Pouvez-vous fournir le modèle exact? Exemple ES1-572-58VH. Avez-vous également essayé de déconnecter et de reconnecter le disque dur?
