Écran noir total sur NoteBook ES1-111M C5HY.

Le notebook fonctionnait très bien avec une distro linux- (batterie neuve). L'extinction est arrivée soudainement, écran noir et le chargeur froid. J'ai appliqué toutes les astuces et conseils, mais rien n'a changé. Le laptop semble mort avec batterie ou chargeur connecté. Est-ce  la carte mère qui est HS ? est-ce le chargeur ?  Merci pour votre aide.

    Avant d'ouvrir le notebook j'ai fait vérifier le cable électrique avec un tensiomètre. Le cable électrique est HS, remplacé ça marche, la batterie se recharge. C'est OK. Merci pour ton aide

    Quels conseils avez-vous essayé? Cette erreur peut également indiquer un problème avec ram. Essayez d'échanger la mémoire RAM.

    egydiocoelho, merci de m'aider  :) Les conseils du genre débrancher la batterie, rallumer le notebook avec le chargeur, presser le bouton on/off quelques secondes, rallumer le notebook avec la batterie, ...ça ne marche pas, le notebook reste éteint. je vais essayer de changer la RAM. Je vous tiendrai au courant.
