Batterie disparue ? Acer Aspire VX5-591G

Bonjour,
je possède un ordi portable Acer Aspire VX5-591G depuis juin 2017. La garantie de 2 ans est passée mais à l'achat du pc j'ai pris une année de plus (pack confort LDLC).
Mon problème :
Du jour au lendemain, littéralement, mon pc ne fonctionne plus sur la batterie (dès que je le débranche du secteur il s'éteint) mais Windows indique pleine charge 100%.
L'ordi n'a subit aucun choc ou autre (il n'a pas bougé en fait)
J'ai déjà fait quelques recherches mais sans réponse...
Je me demande donc si c'est un problème logiciel ou physique, et si cela nécessite une réparation est-t-elle comprise dans la garantie LDLC ?

    Problème résolu en fait j'avais déjà essayé plusieurs fois avant de demander mais ça n'avais pas fonctionné...je ne sais pas pourquoi
