Acer Quick Access & actions d'alimentations ne fonctionnent pas

Bonjour, j'ai récemment acquis un Acer Swift 3 (très bon pc au passage 
) et j'ai remarqué que les actions d'alimentation ne fonctionnent pas. En effet, le logiciel Quick Access qui est censé gérer le bouton d'allumage ne s'ouvre plus lorsque j'appuie sur celui-ci. De plus, dans les options d'alimentation, malgré avoir défini des action lors de la fermeture du capot/appuie du bouton d'allumage, aucune de celles-ci s’exécutent. Cela m'embête pas mal car c'est bien plus rapide de baisser l'écran et d'appuyer sur le bouton power. 
J'ai déjà réinstallé plusieurs fois Quick Access (avec & sans revo uninstaller), mais rien à faire. Quelqu'un aurait une solution?

Bonjour Appuyez sur windows + r et tapez regedit. Ensuite, allez à cette clé: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\Quick Access
Cliquez sur la sous-clé POWERBUTTONSUPPORT et tapez 1. Pour certains modèles, vous devez appuyer sur le bouton d'alimentation pendant trois secondes pour que les options d'extinction, de veille ou de veille prolongée apparaissent.

J'ai le modèle SF314-54 series.
En réalité, l'ordinateur se met en veille à la fermeture du capot mais met 37 secondes à le faire (contre seulement ~10s avec mon ancien portable). Le bouton d'allumage (en restant appuyé 3s) permet bien d'éteindre l'ordinateur, c'est une erreur de ma part car je relâchais le bouton trop tôt de peur de le hard-shutdown.0 -
