Carte graphique non détectée

Bonjour , 
J'ai récemment changé la pâte thermique de mon PC portable (Predator Helios 300, GTX 1060), et depuis , la carte graphique est détectée dans le gestionnaire de périphériques comme "autre périphérique". J'ai essayé de mettre à jour les pilotes , de remettre les anciens , de nettoyer et ensuite de réinstaller les pilotes recommandés par acer, et j'ai même À NOUVEAU changé la pâte thermique pour être sûr que je n'en avait pas trop ou mal mis, mais rien n'y fait.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider ?

    Pouvez-vous entrer le modèle exact? Exemple an515-51-75kz. Aussi, avez-vous essayé de réinitialiser la batterie interne?

    Avez-vous essayé de réinstaller Windows en appuyant sur alt + f10 avant le logo Acer? Quelle est la version de uefi-bios?

    La carte graphique est à nouveau reconnue par le gestionnaire de périphériques, mais elle ne marche toujours pas et affiche "erreur 43", une idée pour y remédier ?

    Oui j'ai réinstallé une ancienne version de windows, mais ça n'a rien changé. La version de mon BIOS est 1.10

    Je viens de mettre à jour le BIOS , mais encore une fois rien n'a changé : toujours erreur code 43
