It will work with any Predator Sense version on any model as this doesn't have any direct correlation to P-Sense. I only mentioned it because the newer laptops have undervolt built into P-Sense…2 -

I have the fix.. Go to Wave Max Control Panel and disable Wave NX? I think thats what its called. If you can't find it let me know ill dig it up1 -
