Hi, thanks for your suggestion. I've checked it out and as I see its a TN panel. I believe it will be a downgrade to my monitor if I purchase a TN panel (at the moment I have IPS), so I don't think I'll buy it.

Seems like drivers problem. As you said you've checked Acers and mircrophones drivers. Maybe some Windows update pending might do the trick? I don't know further.

Have you checked if your microphone is muted or reduced at 0? If not do the following: Go to Control Panel -> View By: Large Icons -> Sound -> 2nd Tab Record -> Right Click on your microphone and select Properties -> 3rd Tab Levels -> Unmute or drag it right.
