  • The service engineer opened the screen slightly and shown me the broken screws but what after that. What can I do or i should say what should I do. The acer support is not accepting the fault and blaming everything on me. 
  • And I have already told you that they are charging me about 3200 rs for a back cover that is too much and I have told them that this is not a accidental damage and I am not going to pay for something I had not done. If there is a fix then do please tell me. 
  • Yes that black square on the right has the problem. So can you give me a fix for this. Acer support is not helping me in this and saying the pink square hinge is broken and charging me 3200 rupees for that. And it's been just 2-3 months. It did not fall, its screen was not pressed, and it's impossible to break these screws…
  • I have already said that the hinge is fine and the problem is with the back cover screw. The screws in the back cover are broken due to the faulty design of acer. So please don't send these automated messages to us who does not even know what discussion is going on. 
  • Is there any fix for this. I will not pay for the faulty design of acer and very bad customer service. If it's there please respond thanku. 
  • How did you make them understand that. They are just ignoring my statement and just saying accidental damage.
