Microsoft Office Mobile apps are unable to create or edit documents on Acer One 10 (S1003).

Why am I unable to edit or create documents in Microsoft Office Mobile on the Acer One 10 (S1003)?

An update has been released that will allow the Acer One 10 (S1003) to create and edit documents in Microsoft Office Mobile applications. If you are unable to create or edit documents in Office Mobile, Acer recommends installing BIOS version 1.11 (or later).

Visit the Drivers and Manuals section of the Acer support website.
Enter your Serial Number/SNID or search for your product by Model.
Select the BIOS tab, then click the Download link for BIOS version 1.11 (or later).

Note: This BIOS update will be available via Windows Updates after March 24, 2017.
