Why are the accent lights on my Predator G5-793 not working correctly?

The Predator G5-793 has a blue and red backlit keyboard. All LED lighting settings are adjustable in the PredatorSense software. This model does not have a full RGB backlit keyboard, touchpad backlight, or LED accent lighting on the top cover.
