Aspire Switch Alpha 12 may not detect SD card

Why does my Switch Alpha 12 not recognize my SD card?

When an SD card is used in your Aspire Switch Alpha 12, the card may not be properly detected or may be redetected repeatedly every few minutes. Acer has released an updated card reader driver to resolve this issue. Use the steps below to update your card reader driver to version 10.0.10586.31225 or later.

Visit the Drivers and Manuals section of the Acer support website.
Enter your Serial Number/SNID or search for your product by Model.
Select Driver.
Click the Download link for the file you want to download.
