How can I put a lock on my notebook computer?

The Kensington™ lock connection allows the computer to be "locked" to items such as a desk. Insert the Kensington lock into this connection and secure the other end of the cable to a solid object.

The Kensington™ lock slot can usually be identified by the size, shape, and an icon (either a lock with the letter K or a chain). You can see an image that shows how to attach the lock below.
