What can I do if I forget the password to my Acer Chromebook?

You can reset your Acer Chromebook password using any computer or device with Internet access. Use the following steps to reset your Chromebook password.

Open an Internet browser and navigate to the Google Account Recovery page.
Select I don't know my password
Enter the email address that you use to sign in to your Chromebook and click Continue.
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Once your password has been reset, you should be able to login to your Acer Chromebook with your new password.
