How to Find Your Serial Number or SNID in AcerSense

You can use your Serial Number or SNID to identify your Acer product in order to troubleshoot issues, download drivers, and receive service.

If your unable to locate the label that contains your device's Serial Number and SNID, you can use AcerSense to locate both of these product identifiers.

To locate your Serial Number or SNID in AcerSense:

Click on Start ⊞
Search🔍 and select AcerSense
Towards the upper-right corner of the AcerSense window, select the Headset🎧 icon
On the Account & Support screen, locate the section titled 'Your Device'
Here you'll find your device's Model , Serial Number, and SNID

Select the icon📄 next to either the Serial Number or SNID to copy the information to your clipboard 📋
