How to Download and Install AcerSense

AcerSense is a versatile application that lets you access all of your device's AI features in one place. Monitor your device's performance, optimize battery settings, perform a device health checkup, and more with the AcerSense application.

To Download and Install AcerSense:

In your chosen web browser, navigate to Acer.com
At the top, select Support (or click here to navigate directly to the Support page)
Type your device's Serial Number or SNID into the search box
Press Enter on your keyboard
Scroll down and select Application
Locate AcerSense
On the right side, select Download
After the download completes, open File Explorer
Select the AcerSense zip file and select Extract All at the top of the File Explorer window
Choose where you want to extract the file and select Next
Once the file is extracted, double click the extracted AcerSense folder
Locate and double click on the AcerSense setup application
Follow the prompts in the AcerSense setup wizard
Once complete, select the Windows🪟 icon on your taskbar
Search AcerSense and open the application
