In case of any error code on your Acer portable power station, it is important to follow the troubleshooting steps below.
How to troubleshoot an Acer portable power station
- Disconnect all cables and devices connected to your portable power station.
- Locate the power button on your Acer portable power station. Refer to the image below for the location of the power button on the APS3111¹, APS321² and APS331³.
- Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds (LED screen displays OFF) to turn off your portable power station.
- Leave your portable power station for 30 minutes and ensure that the ambient temperature is within the operating range (recommended 20°C to 30°C).
- Press the Power button briefly to turn on your device again. The error code should be gone now.
If the error code on your Acer portable power station persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, immediately stop using it, do not attempt to charge or discharge and contact Acer Support.
