How can I get the Acer eKinekt App installed on my smart device and connected to my Acer eKinekt Bike Desk?
If you want to use the Acer eKinekt App to see and track the details of your workouts on your Acer eKinekt Bike Desk, you first need to download and install the app, and then connect the app to your eKinekt Bike Desk.
For instructions on how to set up the Acer eKinekt App on your mobile device, follow the instructions below.
How to download and install the Acer eKinekt App
- Open the Google Play Store on your mobile Android device and search for eKinekt.
- In the list of search results, tap on the eKinekt app.
- Tap the Install button to install the app on your mobile device.
After the installation process is completed, the Acer eKinekt App should be installed on your mobile device.
How to connect the Acer eKinekt App to the Acer eKinekt Bike Desk
- After installing the app on your mobile device, tap Open to launch the app. Or, after the initial installation, tap on the eKinekt app in the list of apps on your mobile device to open the app.
- Enter your email address in the email address field.
- Tap the LOGIN / SIGN UP button.
A verification code will now be sent to the email address you have provided.
Note: Check your spam if you have not received an email. - Open the email and remember or copy the verification code.
- Go back to the eKinekt app and enter or paste the code that you received by email.
- Tap the VERIFY button.
The main screen of the eKinekt app will now be displayed. - Tap on Not connected in the top left corner.
- In the dialog window, tap OK to connect the app to your eKinekt Bike Desk.
The app will now search for available devices. - In the list of available devices, tap on the name of your Acer eKinekt.
Note: The name of your Acer eKinekt Bike Desk can be found on the sticker in the upper left corner of your desk surface. In this example, the name is ABD330-00032. - When the status indicator in the top left corner on the home page of the app says Connected, the app and your Acer eKinekt Bike Desk are successfully connected.
The Acer eKinekt App will now register the details of your workouts.
