Try the steps below if you receive the error "Connection Failed" when you are pairing your PredatorSense Mobile Application.
- Verify your Notebook and Phone are both connected to the internet. You can launch a web page to verify connectivity.
- Go into the wireless settings for your phone and make sure it is connected to the same network as your computer.
- Turn off your phone Wi-Fi, then turn it back on again.
- Restart your computer.
