Error message "Sorry! This computer is not supported" when installing PredatorSense software - Acer Community
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-id="this-article-only-applies-to-predator-computers">This article only applies to: Predator computers</h3> <p>SYMPTOMS</p> <p>You may receive the error message “Sorry! This computer is not supported” when installing the PredatorSense software. This error may occur if the model name in the BIOS does not include the word Predator (i.e., G6-710 instead of Predator G6-710). You can verify the system model name in the Acer Care Center application as shown in the screenshot below.</p> <div><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029997/uploads/migrated/acer_final/56373/capture.jpg" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></div> <p> </p> <p>SOLUTION</p> <p>The model name will need to be updated to include the word Predator. This can only be done at a local service center.
